Established in 1979 , Popular Enterprises has grown into one of Gujarat's trusted construction contracting firms, delivering quality Civil, Industrial, Structural, Electrical and Infrastructure projects for Government organisations, PSUs and leading private industries.

Founded by Mr. Navinchandra D. Kothari, the firm built its reputation through commitment, integrity, technical excellence and timely execution. Today, under the leadership of Er. Karan N. Kothari , it combines over four decades of practical experience with modern engineering practice.

Our experience spans refinery and pipeline works, industrial plants, institutional and commercial buildings, lighthouse infrastructure, roads, RCC structures, fabrication, interiors and turnkey solutions.

His dedication, technical expertise and business ethics laid the foundation of a firm known today for reliability and quality construction — fully conversant with civil, electrical, interior & furniture and mechanical-fabrication works.

Partner

Civil Engineer with experience on mega projects — GIFT City and Mahatma Mandir (Gandhinagar), Thunderbird Resorts (Daman) and CPCL Refinery (Chennai) — while with Shapoorji Pallonji, L&T Construction and IOT AEC, before joining Popular Enterprises in 2014.
